Board of Directors 2006-2007

On Screen Manitoba's Board of Directors consists of 16 members of the Association elected by the entire voting membership at the Annual General Meeting. The Board sets policy, develops procedures and strategies, monitors the financial health, the programs and the performance of the Association and assists the Executive Director to secure the resources to meet the needs of those the organization serves.

The Board is made up of seven Producer Chairs (including one Commercial Producer Chair), a Non-designate Chair, three union chairs which are filled by members in good standing of the appropriate organizations, and four other designated chairs: Broadcaster, Supplier, and two Professional Services chairs. All Board positions are filled by members in good standing who are elected at the Annual General Meeting by the Association's voting membership.
