Bulk Entry Fee = 10% Discount for 3 or more entries (Number of entries considered eligible for bulk discount can be counted by total for program title OR by total for single producer or executive producer or production company OR by Individual Entrant , OR by Team Entrant with the same team membership).
Entries after 5 :00 PM on Friday, October 28, 2005 will not be accepted.
Incomplete entries will not be considered.
No refunds for Entries after the October 28, 2005 deadline.

Adjudication copies and submission materials (see the Entry Check List), plus fees not pre-paid by VISA with the on-line application, should be hand delivered, mailed or couriered to:

** Reasonable care will be taken to protect entry materials from loss or damage. However, On Screen Manitoba, the Marketing/Blizzard Awards Committee, the Board of Directors, and Jury members are not liable for any loss or damage.
** Submissions not selected as Nominees will be available for pick-up from the On Screen Manitoba office beginning Tuesday, November22 , 2005. Entrants may also choose to send a courier for pick-up, at their own expense. Please phone ahead to arrange for pick-up. Any entry material not collected by 5:00 p.mm. Friday, December 16, 2006 will become the property of On Screen Manitoba and may be added to the Blizzards archive.
