Freeze Frame is dedicated to sharing the media arts with young people through workshops and film screenings. Our 10 day international film festival held in March each year includes the best in world cinema for youth, showcasing features, shorts and documentaries (animation and live action formats) as well as workshops with international and local artists, youth jury and video competitions. Throughout the year we offer video production and animation workshops in Winnipeg and the surrounding region. A Freeze Frame On The Road tour is offered to more remote communities, May through September. All of our programs are offered in both French and English.
