General Description
The Winnipeg Film Group is an artist-run organization committed to promoting the art of cinema. We have served as a resource for independent Manitoba filmmakers and video artists for 35 years, providing access to affordable training, mentorship, production funding, experimentation opportunities, production and post production equipment and facilities and local, national and international programming and distribution. We also operate Winnipeg's Cinematheque, a 118 seat movie theatre with 35 mm and digital screen capacity.
