Nov 1, 2011 SET VISIT TO PAULA KELLY'S EUPHORIA
On Screen Manitoba's Trevor Suffield was invited to the set of OSM member Paula Kelly's feature film debut, Euphoria, on October 31 at the Concord Motor Hotel win Winnipeg.
Euphoria tells the story of Lily, a six-year-old girl (Taya Bourns Ayotte) taken away by her mother, Celeste (Sarah Constible) from the small town of Euphoria, Manitoba. After years of drifting on the road, that little girl is now a young woman named Michelle (Brooke Palsson), living an underground existence with her mother in Montreal.
But when Michelle discovers her father isn’t dead like Celeste once told her, she decides to retrace their steps back home to see him. Even though the journey is disrupted by collisions with her past, she’s determined to find Euphoria and reclaim the life she left behind.
