In today's work environment, communication between managers and employees is the key to success. How to properly supervise your coworkers in today's workplace plays a big role in whether you can earn your coworker’s respect, how efficient the day-to-day operations will run, and how successful your production or company will be.

This two-day course is an interactive approach to addressing the issues facing, and the challenges of, effective leadership. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to clearly understand their roles as supervisors.

Course topics:

• Defining the rights and responsibilities of a supervisor/leader.

• Demonstrate the critical skills of effective supervision.

• How to create a collaborative working environment that supports high performance.

• Reviewing the different challenges facing a supervisor.

• Team development: how to build trust and how to give and receive feedback.

This workshop is for people with some supervisory experience. We do not recommend this course if you have never been in a leadership or management role.
