The recent announcement of Winnipeg recieving a World Trade Center in our city is a possitive development for the film and business communities.
The following article appeared in the Winnipeg Free Press on April 19, 2012.
WINNIPEG has been awarded a licence to establish a bilingual World Trade Center in Winnipeg.
The award was announced at a meeting in San Diego on Wednesday.
ANIM, Manitoba's bilingual trade agency and the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce will co-manage the operation.
"With the Centrallia global business forum, not only did we broaden our worldwide connections, we also found a key partner in the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce," said Mariette Mulaire, president and CEO of ANIM.
