On Screen Manitoba seeks a dynamic communications professional to implement and further develop its communication plan in both French and English.

Reporting to the Executive Director, and working under the direction of the Head of Communications, the ideal candidate will be bilingual with training in marketing and communications and at least three years of relevant experience.
