2012 Kodak New Vision Mentorship
Application Deadline: Monday June 11, 2012, 5pm EDT
Now in its eighth year, the Kodak New Vision Mentorship is a competitive program providing an emerging/mid-career Canadian woman director with the opportunity to attend the Toronto International Film Festival and receive business and creative coaching from established industry professionals. Eligibility
-
Canadian Citizen, Landed Immigrant or Permanent Resident
-
WIFT-T member in good standing (may join at time of application)
-
Emerging/mid-career woman director (3-6 years’ experience)
-
A minimum of one feature film project in development, with a finished script
-
At least one film (short or feature) screened, or screening, in at least one of the following:

- Toronto International Film Festival

- Montreal World Film Festival
-
- National Screen Institute – Film Exchange
-
- CFC Worldwide Short Film Festival
-
- Reel World Film Festival
-
- Inside Out Film Festival
-
- Yorkton Film Festival
-
- Vancouver International Film Festival
-
- Atlantic International Film Festival
-
Able to participate in all mentorship activities
-
Closing requirement: complete final report within two weeks of mentorship conclusion
Application Deadline: Monday June 11, 2012, 5pm EDT
Please read carefully the Kodak New Vision Mentorship Guidelines and submit your application digitally to jgeddie@wift.com no later than 5pm EDT on Monday June 11th. A $25.00 + HST ($28.25) administration fee, paid by credit card or cheque, is required to process your application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
