On Screen Manitoba

On Screen Manitoba's Board of Directors consists of 18 members of the association elected by the voting membership at the Annual General Meeting. The Board sets policy, develops procedures and strategies, monitors the financial health, the programs and the performance of the association.

The Board is made up of eight Producer Chairs (including one Commercial Producer Chair), three Non-Designate Chair, three Union Chairs which are filled by members in good standing of the appropriate organizations, and four other designated chairs: Broadcaster, Supplier, and two Professional Services Chairs.
