Overview

What do you do when conflict shows up on set? 

Designed for professionals working in the Manitoba media production industry, this in-person workshop offers practical tools to help prevent, manage and resolve conflict—whether during project planning, on set, or across working relationships. Through guided reflection and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to respond to moments of tension and difference with greater clarity, confidence and skill. 

Led by Dave Dyck of Facilitated Solutions, the session focuses on three key areas: 

• Preventing conflict before it escalates 

• Managing ongoing differences 

• Resolving acute conflict and moving forward
